We confirm all web-placed orders via email (Monday thru Friday between 9am and 5pm, EST.) and usually ship the orders in 1-2 business days, stock permitting. In the event that an item is not in stock at the time of order receipt, we will contact via email as well.

We use Airborne express "at home" service for most shipments within the continental U.S. unless otherwise specified or unless unavailable in that delivery area, in which case, we will choose the best carrier available.

Shipments made to destinations in Alaska, Hawaii or Canada will be made by air or ground transportation as appropriate and / or available.

Pewterhutch does not guarantee and is not responsible for actual shipping time by the carrier despite the carrier's reference or inferences.


Any Pewterhutch item may be returned for a full credit provided that the item(s) is returned within 21 days of receipt, is received in good condition and is accompanied by a return authorization memo. For return authorization of any item, contact us at: pewterhutch@snet.net
Please reference your order number, name, phone number, email address and a description of the item being returned. While not required, we would also like to know if there is a particular reason for the return such as damaged, defective, was not what we thought it was, etc.
